Usage

Daily dosage: Take 1 to 2 softgels per day. (Do not exceed the recommended daily amount).
Time of intake: Preferably take the softgel(s) during a meal.
Tip for young children: Does your child have difficulty swallowing capsules? Then cut open the softgel and simply mix the contents with cold food, such as yogurt, rice, pasta or cooled vegetables.
