How much caffeine is in each C30+ energy gel?
Each C30+ Energy Gel contains 75 mg caffeine.
Why is there 75mg of caffeine in each gel?
We use 75mg per gel because evidence shows this is the optimal level to deliver a positive performance benefit.
What is the source of carbohydrates in C30 Energy Gels?
We use a 2:1 maltodextrin-fructose mix. This mix delivers very high oxidation rates (energy for the muscles) and very low amounts of residue in the stomach, preventing gastrointestinal problems.
When should you take caffeine gels?
We recommend taking no more than one caffeine-containing gel per hour. It takes an average of 45 minutes to reach peak effect, so we recommend taking it no less than 45 minutes before your expected end time.
How does caffeine contribute to performance?
Caffeine, when taken correctly, can increase alertness and concentration.
